Right of objection to processing of personal data

In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right at all times to object to processing of your personal data.
If your personal data are not being processed on the basis of legitimate interests (ours or those of a third party) in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 Par. 1 (with future effect), provided that there are reasons for the objection arising from your special individual situation. In this case, you must cite these reasons. Should you exercise your right of objection, we will cease to process your personal data unless we can cite compelling reasons worthy of protection for such processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms (as the person affected), or the processing is necessary for the enforcement, assertion or defence of legal claims.
If your personal data are being processed for the purposes of direct advertising, then in accordance with Art. 21 Par. 2 GDPR you have the right at all times to object to processing of your personal data for such direct advertising purposes. Should you (as the person affected) object to processing for the purposes of direct advertising, we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of direct advertising.
